Subfascial Breast Augmentation

Subfascial breast augmentation enhances volume and shape by placing the implant above the chest muscle but beneath the fascia—a thin, supportive layer overlying the muscle. This technique is Dr. Clark’s preferred approach, offering natural contour, improved cleavage, and less animation deformity compared to traditional under-the-muscle placement. While subfascial is ideal for most aesthetic patients, Dr. Clark also performs subpectoral augmentation when anatomy or goals indicate it’s the better option. The result is a tailored, balanced enhancement with a soft, natural look.
